Cultural Sensitivity
- Teachers must demonstrate respect for diverse cultures by valuing students' backgrounds and traditions.
- Avoid making generalizations or assumptions about students based on factors such as marital status, political views, or religion.
- All students deserve equal treatment regardless of race, ethnicity, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, gender, or other personal characteristics.
Professionalism and Empathy
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with students.
- Respond promptly to student inquiries and requests, and effectively manage your online teaching schedule.
- Create a conducive learning environment by ensuring a quiet, well-lit space with a reliable internet connection.
- Prioritize student privacy by obtaining explicit consent before recording video or audio sessions.
- Demonstrate patience, understanding, and a willingness to assist students throughout the lesson.
Lesson Attendance and Punctuality
- Teachers are expected to attend all scheduled lessons and arrive on time.
- Rescheduling or canceling lessons should be a last resort.

Positively sell the image of the platform and refrain from making negative comments about it.
Prohibited Conduct
Engaging in the following behaviors may result in account ban or closure :
- Soliciting students or teachers to conduct business outside of the platform.
- Promoting competing language services.
- Engaging in harassing or abusive behavior, including spamming, offensive language, or sharing private information.
- Providing false or misleading information on the platform.
- Creating fake student accounts or scheduling self-lessons.
- Sharing personal contact information, such as social media handles or email addresses.
- Engaging in defamatory behavior towards others or the platform.
